Pat Ferraro moved to Spokane, Washington from Italy in 1962 and followed with a career of managing Dairy Freeze and Ferraros Donuts in Spokane, Washington.
After several household gatherings with family, friends, and loved ones that revolved around making great Italian dishes, Mr. Ferraro decided in 2008 to share with the community and open Ferraro's Italian restaurant in Spokane Valley. Since then Ferraro's has been serving up mama's favorite recipes and getting sensational reviews ever since.
Maintaining a busy stream of customers came with long days and even longer nights. When there was no other Italian restaurant in the Spokane Valley, Ferraro's found a need for the community and created Ferraro's Italian Restaurant right in the heart of the old Old Spaghetti Station. Four years after the original opening of Ferraro's a second location was necessary. In 2012, Ferraro,s North opened and is located on Division in Spokane, Washington.
Within the first two years of opening the original location the no days off mentality was a literal way of life for both Pat and his son Jason. Pat's son, Jason Ferraro, with a construction background, designed and laid the concrete that is still in place on the patio of the Valley location and now is the owner of the Division location. Back in the day, Pat operated the Steer Inn until Angie, Pat's daughter managed the restaurant for 18 years before managing the Valley Ferraro's with integrity and a love for Italian.

Kim Ferraro is a professional figure skater that trains the Spokane chiefs in power skating and takes care of the restaurants accounting. The entire Ferraro's Family used the "no days off" mentality that grew the business to what it is today.
